Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve the price shown. Your price may increase or decrease between adding the product to the cart and checking out (especially if days, weeks or other long periods of time pass). Of course, you can reject any price change by simply not completing the purchase.
All items purchased which the content is delivered electronically, or online, such as EPIC Credits, DiSC Assessments, Facilitation Kits and/or Reports (Electronic including their access codes) and other electronically delivered products or services are not eligible for a refund.
Products that are physically shipped to you may be returned in the brand new, unopened packaging, within 15 days of receipt. Shipping is not refundable. Exchanges follow the same rules as returns. Shipping for the return and/or exchange is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us before sending your item back so that we may expect it and have your exchange ready to ship.
We reserve the right to issue a refund to any customer should we determine that due to an error, a price or product has been sold above or below its intended price. This applies to items somehow selling for higher than the intended price or lower than the intended price ( such as software glitches or typo's). In the event that this occurs our Customer Resource team will contact you, issue the refund and assist you to purchase the item at it’s correct price.
