This video provides a brief introduction to the Everything DiSC System:
Each Everything DiSC Management Profile comes with a free MyEverythingDiSC.com personalized site for the participant. They will be directed to create an account in MyEverythingDiSC.com; then view interactive modules on their personalized results. They will also be introduced to the DiSC Theory and History of DiSC in the "Learn about DiSC" section. Finally, they will be able to experience the application of DiSC with the Everything DiSC Comparison Report Invitation System. This allows them the option to invite and accept invitations to free, unlimited Everything DiSC One-to-One Comparison Reports. The Comparison Reports pull from the two participant's individual results, allowing them to see six behaviors on a continuum scale. Four of the behaviors are those they are least alike. Two of the six behaviors are the most alike. They then have reflection and work pages to discuss and explore their results. This simple exercise allows them to see their co-worker's behavior in a deeper, more rounded version; offering a new view on understanding "where that person is coming from."
Once a few Comparison Reports are completed for the team, the system will generate group maps for the participant to undertand a group's individual and group DiSC culture.
