Dependable Support for Facilitators, Trainers, Consultants, and Coaches
The learning programs that we offer are designed so that you can learn to facilitate and then surround the materials with your own unique style and experience when delivering within your organization or to external clients.
The facilitation kits listed below all contain detailed guidelines for offering a virtual or physical classroom experience that engages and educates. With a dynamic, modular design, a customizable presentation, and contemporary videos, your participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of their personalized profile and a memorable experience that inspires lasting behavior change.
In addition, the Certifications we offer provide you with the resources, capability, and confidence to facilitate these assessments.
We also understand that sometimes it is more effective to bring in an outside facilitator, because of limited resources, confidentiality, or other factors. We're here to help with that concern as well!
Through our services organization DevelopPEOPLE, we provide in-person and virtual facilitation using any of our assessments for large and small groups and teams. We also facilitate team-building workshops for intact teams using the Integro Trust-Inside Team Alignment Survey and the Five Behaviors Team Development program.
